Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant degree.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role preferably in a reputed academic institution
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic teacher of Primary Level Nepali with previous experience of teaching Primary Section Nepali.
The successful candidate will have the following Person and Job Specification:
Job Description:
- Support the teaching of Nepali to students who need help with their language and will require to contribute to sessions on the culture and way life of Nepal to interested non Nepali students.
- Assist teachers by preparing lesson plans
- Work in an organised flexible and methodical manner identifying priorities and managing your own workload.
- Ability to recognise areas of professional development and identify training opportunities.
- Work across the Primary to Secondary age range and have the flexibility to occasionally cover for absent colleagues or teachers.
- Being able to use google drive, microsoft office applications and willing to develop ICT skills
- Excellent oral communication skills in order to work effectively with colleagues from all parts of the organisation and to explain complex techniques to interested parties

This post is for October 2016. The successful candidate will have the following Person and Job Specification:
Job Description:
- Maintain relationship and prepare list of vendors / suppliers locally and internationally.
- Negotiate with vendors for purchase of goods on reasonable and competitive price.
- Prepare proposals and recommendations for purchase approval
- Budgeting for the procurement of capex, furniture, fixtures etc.
- Explores vendors and process procurement of furniture, fixtures and repair and maintenance of the building and utilities.
- Handle the repair and maintenance works of furniture, fixtures, facilities, utilities etc.
- Manage the entire works for new construction of building and school facilities following the procedures prescribed in financial rules/bi-laws of the School.
- Listing, prequalification and handling of quotations, biddings/Tenders for selection of builder/ contractor for new construction.
- Install fire safety equipment such as extinguishers, hydrants in the fire sensitive areas and ensure they are in workable conditions.
- Ensure to correct all expenditure is recorded under the correct headings and make this information readily available to heads of Section as well as Head Finance
- Liaise with the Head – Finance and Administration and update fixtures and fittings of the school.
