• Bachelor in related field

Job Specification

• Posses good leadership quality
• Commanding skills in MS Office Packages, Tendering procedures and Construction norms and laws and computational techniques
• Knowledge of Auto-CAD and structural design software
• Should have knowledge in Building Construction preferably in Steel Structure
• Can perform the work under high pressure

Job Description

• Responsible for Building Designs & Analysis (Truss & Steel Structure design)
• Responsible for preparing specification for work and quantity & cost estimation
• Able to coordinate with Technical Team
• Preparing BOQ , Cost Estimates and Rate Analysis.
• Preferably experienced in fabrication and erection (Truss & Steel Structure) workshop based work.
• Ability to monitor, supervise and coordinating various project related works

Other Specific Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates having their own vehicle with valid driving license.
