Right4Children is looking for dynamic, qualified and experienced individuals for the following position to be a part of the project team for Earthquake Rebuilding Project in Marpak VDC of Dhading district.
1. Sub-Engineer (Duration: Feb 2017-June 2018)
Skills, Knowledge and Experiences Required
Thorough knowledge of earthquake resistance building designs and construction techniques.
Proven experience in the area of construction site supervision and quality control especially in the construction of school buildings.
Excellent skills on communication and reporting, training and facilitation, teamwork and motivation.
Should have skills such as relationship management, community mobilization, negotiation and problem-solving etc.
Very good command over English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
Strong learning attitude, open minded, energetic and flexible in time .
This is a field based position, so the candidates should be willing to work and stay in the remote rural setting during the project period (until June 2018).
Minimum qualification required
Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E. preferred) with 3-year experience in the related field. Salary for position will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification.
