- You Should have completed your higher secondary level or PCL or TSLC (Or should be Completing by the end of 2017) .
- You should be a Nepali citizen with valid Nepali Citizenship Card

After cropping the final step to check if your photo meets green card standard or not, you can check it by going to greencardphotocheck.com
STEP-3
After your Photo is ready you can start your registration process by going to the official site of EDV https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/. DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF FRAUD. Information you need to provide in this steps are
- Your Full Name (for eg. CHHETRI RAM BAHADUR)
- Sex (MALE/FEMALE)
- Date of Birth ( in Both AD and BS,As in your citizenship card, if you don't know your date of birth in AD you can convert BS TO AD from HERE)
- Place of Birth ( As in your citizenship card)
- Name of your Country (NEPAL)
- Phone Number (eg. 9846012345)
- E-mail( eg. abc@gmail.com)
- Marital status ( married/unmarried)
- Educational qualification ( this indicates level of your qualification .for eg. Higher secondary/University/post graduate)
STEP-4
In this step you have to upload your photo that you prepared in Step 2.
After filling all the details, make sure all the information that you have filled is correct .After ensuring submit the application.
After the submission of application a success message will be displayed on your screen which contains confirmation code.
