Job Description:
The position holder will provide overall admin/ operation management of the HKI program to ensure achievement of HKI objectives. Ensure that HKI complies with relevant laws, rules and regulations, whether internal or external. Provide guidance through the HKI Nepal-CMT to support and enhance overall Country Office administration, operations and internal coordination. In addition, S/he will be responsible for managing the vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability and liaison with Ministry, Department, SWC and other stakeholders for various official matters.
Education: Must have a post-graduate degree (preferably a MBA) or an assciated area.
Work Experience: At least 5 years' professional work experience in similar organizations or other organizations, including experience of office Administration.
Skills: Critical thinking & problem solving, Planning and Organizing, Performance Focus, Managing Change, Teamwork, Communication Skills, Leadership Strong ability to organize and prioritize .
