Responsibilities:

• Project development and management
• Monitor and supervise education projects in five districts
• Linkage with GO’s/ NGOs other like minded organizations
• Documentations and publications
• Staff development and management
• Generating fund
• Policy advocacy

Required skills and knowledge on :

• SDG/SSDP and other govt, education policy documents
• Communication and Behavioral skills
• Proposal and report writing skills
• HR Management skills
• Workshop designing and facilitation skills

Qualification:

• Master with three year experience in related field
• Salary: Rs. 900,000.00 per annum
• Period : Three year (Extendable)
• Working station: Kathmandu based with 25% field visits
