JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Document financial transaction by entering account information.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
• Preparing bills for customers and clients for the services provided and also collecting those payments.
• Compute tax owed, tax returns, their payments and other requirements.
• Keep track of expenditures and analyze budgets.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other relevant subject.
• Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
• Must be highly skilled in use of MS Word, Excel Spreadsheets and Tally.
• Must able to handle the occasional administrative needs of the department.
• Must have very good verbal skills.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting is required.
• A valid two wheeler license is compulsory.
