Job Title: Technical Supervisor
Organisation: Palladium Global Pty Ltd Nepal Branch
Location : Based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Palladium Global Pty Ltd, Nepal Branch is looking for a Technical Supervisor to fulfill the role described below.
Role Specification
- Provide technical training and supervision on the use of Human Centred Design methodology for Nepali businesses.
- Build the capacity of Nepali businesses to prototype innovations that can scale.
- Contribute to global Learning Products about the use of Human Centred Design by businesses in multiple South Asian countries.
- Support entrepreneurs in Nepal to secure Foreign Direct Investment by providing access to a network of global investors.
Skills and Experience Required
- A technical understanding of Human Centred Design methodology.
- At least 10 years' experience of working closely with entrepreneurs or social entrepreneurs.
- Experience of raising capital and strong networks in the global impact investment sector.
- First-hand experience of business prototyping and innovation.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, in order to communicate with the global Palladium team, write technical documentation and narrative reports for a global audience.
