Job Description:
A subsidiary of Rungta Group, Om Chao Biro Feed Industries, the producer of Poshak Pallet Feed (The largest selling pallet feed in Nepal) Is looking for qualified, diligent serf-motivated & hardworking candidates.
Sales Officer - 5 ( Kathmandu, Pokhara. Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, Itahari)
Qualifications (Requirements):
- Bachelors degree or Above
- At least one year of sales and logistics experience in similar field.
- Knowledge of feed business specific products, services, sales & channels.
- Knowledge of dealer network system operating principles.
- Local candidates with valid driving license are encouraged to apply-
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify dealers and regional sales targets and follow up for regions.
- Visit regional dealers on a periodic basis and prepare the weekly and monthly dealer visit reports and plans for necessary actions Follow up the implementation.
- Prepare field data. Prepare/update segmentation profiles and plans for necessary action. Prepare/evaluate the customer (farmer) analysis report.
- Provide veterinary care service to the end customers (in collaboration with the Technical Team)
- Collect sates orders from Dealers. Implement sales channel development plans and policies. Follow up and assure the delivery of products to Dealers and Target Group i.e Farmers.
- Analyze Dealer's previous orders, sales trends and sales targets.
