Requirement
- Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Application , other relevant educational degree
- MS Dynamics Nav 2013 Technical training/certification (preferred)
- Development/Support experience in MS Dynamics Nav 2013
- Knowledge of MS SQL, Networking and windows applications
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of Account/Business process will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing end user support to Sipradi staff in using Navision ERP
- Interact with cross-functional management and technical consultants to document and deliver user issue-resolution
- Create reports in JetReports for capturing data from MS Dynamics NAV system
- Work as a team player in the organization to support IT activities
- Document knowledge base for common issues
- Develop and document best practices for support process improvements
