JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Provide customer support  24/7/365.
• Install, configure and deploy server and network systems.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems
• Monitor system performance and implementation

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

• Knowledge about monitoring system.
• Sound knowledge in Linux, FreeBSD, Windows based servers  (scripting languages including bash, sh and perl preferable.) 
• Concept on virtualization.
• Configuration, installation and deployment of network devices .  
• Technical knowledge on:- Linux, FreeBSD, Windows Active Directory,  Networking,   DNS,  Linux Based MTA (Sendmail, Postfix, Exim), Web Server (apache, tomcat or nginx), Control Panel Based Web Hosting, Mail,  Database Server (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL).
• knowledge about Backup / Restore of System and Network device
