Area Sales Manager
Job Location: Pokhara, Nepalgunj

Educational Qualification:
• Master in management or equivalent experience
Experience:
• At least 5 years in similar industries

Reporting: National Sales Manager
Job Specifications:
• Develop sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment.
• Focus selling message on needs of customer.
• Able to manage effectively a cross-functional team.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
• Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and so on.
• Strong training and presentation skills.

• Prior experience on Steel Sale will be preferred.

Job Description:
• Over All responsibilities of Sales on targeted region
• Target setting and Target Oriented.
• Allocate target to the team and keep tracking on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Tracking and timely reporting of competitor’s activity and update management accordingly.
• To analysis and deliver accurate forecast and outlook
• To rigorously follow up the existing projects & the projects in pipeline
• To follow up the upcoming projects
• Site visit should be done whenever required
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staffs for distribution channel.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures as per the company policies & norms
• Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability

Job Description:
• Identifying prospective clients generate business from the existing institutions and increase sales.
• Execute Sales and Marketing Plans and strategies
• Maintain Public Relation for Daily sales call
• Maintain clients visit log and make reports Responsible for primary and secondary sales of assigned area
• Responsible for market coverage, Distribution and product visibility of assigned area
• Planning and achievement of volume and fundamentals in the assigned area
• Planning and execution of the new product launches in the assigned area
• Works with all top stores and leads the joint business planning with these stores
• Prepare weekly secondary report (Distributor to Retailers)
• Leads business team reviews in the meeting in all stock point
• Negotiate with the dealers and stores for the Bank guarantee
• Ensure proper collection of Account Receivables for assigned area
• Proper reporting on weekly basis on all aspects of business
• Submission of proper report and records on weekly basis
• Required to promote the sales of all product marketed by company
• Identify target customer of planned market segment and application
• Plan and execute key activities in designated area
• Prepare retail forecast for next two months in designated area and product segment
• Track activities of competitors and suggest Manager to implement counter strategy
• Maintain latest competitors retail price
• To cover competition customers and find out the reason for buying competition product and formulate action plan conversion
