This position requires international exposure in Sales, Business Development or Marketing with sufficient exposure in multinational Telecommunication sector.
Main responsibility areas:
Main responsibility areas:
- Leads the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives within the company, sets-up the objectives and the strategies in terms of MFS, and represents the company in terms of MFS at the group level. Develops MFS Product / Service strategy, prepares MFS roadmap.
- Establishes and maintains the relationships with MFS related stakeholders and partners, incl. banks, regulatory bodies, technology vendors, etc.
- Defines new and customize the existing business and operational processes related to MFS.
- Follows up the MFS market for product / service development trends. Brings best practice know-how from launching mobile money in other markets.
- Defines KPI for MFS business, monitors the performance results of MFS. Defines new challenges and objectives.
- Responsible for assessing the regulatory environment and for bringing in appropriate resources to interface with the regulator. Responsible for taking on engagement with the financial and telecommunication regulators, being the regulatory lead.
- Responsible for the taking on engagement with the banking/financial services partners, ensuring the performance.
- Responsible for MFS Product / Services development (incl. tariffs / prices, etc.), marketing plans and activities.
- Responsible for monitoring and the maintenance of the MFS agents and partners to ensure the compliance against KYC, AML/CFT and other MFS related requirements.

Your qualification and experience:
- Minimum of bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
- At least 10 years of experience with 7 years of managerial role and proven track record in Sales, Marketing or Business development function in Telecom Sector in multinational business environment
