SAHAMATI (An Institution Dedicated for Community plus Humane Development) a member based national level NGO invites application from dynamic, interested and self-motivated candidates for the following post based in Center Office, Gaindakot Municipality -5, Nawalparasi.Post: Admin and Finance Officer
Minimum Requirements and Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Management with at least two years experience or Bachelor's Degree in Management with at least five years experience in the related field
- Ability to manage the overall financial system of SAHAMATI including day-to-day management of accounts and monitor& capacity building of project finance personnel
- Skill of grant management with appropriate financial planning, budgeting,forecasting, budget monitoring and reporting
- Ability to develop internal fund raising and resource management
- Knowledge on tax rules, other governmentcompliances
- Good leadership and motivating skills with staff mobilization
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics management
- Sound computer knowledge with communicating skills both English & Nepali
- Have knowledge on well documentation and administration
- Ability to work on under pressure and strict deadline
- Capacity to coordinate and correspondence within team, donors and stakeholders
