Position Title: Assistant – Marketing Department

Qualification:
• Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

Position Title: Spare Parts Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1
Location: Kathmandu
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in management at least 3 years of working experience
• Two wheeler with valid license is mandatory
• Formulate Inventory Management System (IMS) on the basis of inventory control and Material requirement planning for smooth functioning of Spare parts Section in coordination with other department
• Maintain independence of operation to meet variation in spare parts and lubricant demand by maintaining Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) level
• Determine fixed order level of spare parts and lubricant in amount and quantity annually on the basis of market size, sales volume of vehicles and turnover rate of vehicle servicing in coordination with Deputy Branch Manager
• Determine Reorder Level (ROL) of spare parts and lubricant on the basis of safety stock, lead time and usage rate of spare parts by which availability of spare parts could be maintained constantly
• Ensure competitive price through acquisition of genuine spare parts at reasonable cost by getting discussion with principle office (M&M) by which customer can feel reasonable sales rate.
• Verity the Spare Parts with packing list in coordination with subordinates and inform immediately to the principle office if there is any discrepancy in parts like; shortage ot parts, damaged parts, spare parts rate etc
• Maintain environment of spare parts section clean and sensible by giving hundred percent efforts to demonstrate its profitability in overall contribution

Position Title: Dealer Network Spare Parts (East/West)

Location: Kathmandu
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in management at least 5 years of working experience
• Two wheeler with valid license is mandatory
• Facilitate to prepare the MIS reports that include product performance report, customer-wise sales and collection report, channel partners parts stock, sells report etc of four wheeler vehicles spare parts on a timely basis
• Facilitate to implementation of service quality standard, the important part of strategy and procedure for the smooth operation of sub dealers spare parts sales activities
• Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products
• Developing sales strategy, visiting all dealers in our networks area
• Ensure the spare parts problem solving and delivering procedure performed on schedule and time

5.
Position Title: Lawyer
No. of Vacancy: 1
Location: Kathmandu
Qualification:
• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Law and more than 2 years of experience in the corporate legal sector in Nepal
• To work out and prepare contracts/agreements (drafting new contacts, amending existing contract forms, bringing contract provisions in line with legislative requirements, maintaining correspondence related to contract terms and conditions) and ensure they comply with all statutory or legal requirements and to Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken

7.
Position Title: Customer Care Executive

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in management

10.
Position Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Kathmandu
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in management
• Two wheeler with valid license is mandatory
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory as well as inspect products for defects and damages and also examine in going and outgoing shipments
