Position: Country Sales Director
Department: Commercial

This position requires international exposure in Sales, Business Development or Marketing with sufficient exposure in multinational Telecommunication sector.

Main responsibility areas:
  • Responsible to meet and exceed the total company revenue and subscribers target.
  • Build a high performance sales organization for all channels – both direct (Corp Sales. Retail Sales, Telesales, Online Sales) and indirect channels (Channel Sales, SME Sales and Alternate Channel).
  • Develop set of regional efficiency measurement KPIs: channel efficiency, B2B efficiency etc.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Marcom to develop a holistic approach for Go-To-Market plan.
  • Ensure all our products & services, merchandizing material and brand presence are well distributed, available at all times and highly visible for our consumers & customers nationwide.
  • Monitor target execution region wise, act properly to ensure target achievement in regions. 
  • Provide full support to regional operations in terms of budget and organizational support.
  • Communicate regional performance and challenges to top management. 
  • Develop effective communication channel between regions and headquarter.
  • Grow leadership and professional skills of subordinates. 
  • Develop succession plan.
  • Frequent visits to regions to follow up with performance and challenges.

Your qualification and experience:
  • Minimum of bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
  • At least 10 years of experience with 7 years of managerial role and proven track record in Sales, Marketing or Business development function in Telecom Sector in multinational business environment
