Qualification:
- Bachelors in Architecture with 2 to 5 years of experience in building design and construction.
- Must be able to design residential and commercial building with 3 D and modeling
- Must be able to supervise and monitor site work to ensure conformity to design.
- Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Civil 3D, Photoshop and MS office.
- Excellent received, spoken and written English is necessary.
- Will be required to regularly visit site premises for assessment and reporting to supervisor.

Qualification:
- BE/Diploma in civil from form a recognized university with (at least 1 years experience for BE and 4 Years for
- Diploma) in building design construction supervision and detail estimating.
- Experience in preparing detailed bill of quantities, site measurement for building and layout
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and MS office.
- Must be willing to go out side of Kathmandu valley
