Gramin Mahila Srijanshil Pariwar (GMSP) a Nepalese NGO is implementing “Nepal Earthquake Recovery Program’’ – project in Sindhupalchok District in Partnership with OXFAM. GMSP works on WASH, Livelihood, Shelter, DRR, Gender and Protection. GMSP invites application from qualified and experienced Nepali citizens for the following position:

Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in civil Engineering (Overseer)
Job Specifications:
• 1 year (Minimum Experience in Irrigation Scheme).
• Skill in computer orientation (MS office package, including excel spread sheet and emails).
• Fluent in reading writing /listening in Nepalese, standard in English in those in English.
• Able to work in small team with good team spirit, independently with minimum supervision.

Job Description:
• Coordination with different stakeholders accordingly.
• Prepare monthly field report and monthly planning.
• Monitor under construction irrigation Scheme, survey, design and estimation accordingly.
• Facilitation and technical support community.
• Able to do a Planning of Scheme survey.
• Can study Design estimate and prepare a design estimate of Irrigation cannel and plastic Pond.
• Able to insure a quality of irrigation scheme and materials.
• Should have capacity to select a right beneficiary.
• Initiative for gender equality in every program conducted by organization.
• Implement VDC level planning in coordination with Social mobilizer.
• Prepare monthly field report and monthly planning.
