Job Description:
Nabil Bank invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens to oversee the Bank's security arrangements as a Security Consultanton contractual terms:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review security policy of the Bank and recommend changes/modifications, if any.
  • Ensure proper security arrangements of all branches and Head office of the Bank.
  • Train and develop security personnel and Bank's officials on various security related issues.
  • Reviewing and monitoring of Bank's surveillance system.
  • Liaison with local administration, police and other agencies regarding Bank's security matters and handling of disputes/cases of frauds.
  • Assisting in investigation of disputed transactions related to the Bank as and when required.
  • Provide expert views regarding procurement of security equipment and their maintenance.
  • Providing education/training/orientation/demonstration to branch staff about basic operations of security gadgets (CCTV, Security Alarm System, Metal detector & Fire extinguishers, etc.)
Pre-requisites
  • Retired officer of Nepal Police or Armed Police force or Nepal Army or Indian Army or British Army of a minimum rank of Superintendent or Lt. Colonel
  • Age not exceeding 60 years
Other criteria
  • Computer literate
  • Proven track record
  • Proficient in Nepali and English language
  • Well versed in handling security gadgets like CCTV, Alarm System etc.
