Job Description:

POSITION : MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) : (VACANCY CODE : MT/SBL 016)
Job Detail:
Management Trainees will be placed in various departments/branches of the Bank where they will undergo comprehensive on the job training in overall Banking services. On successful completion of the training period of one year and based on the performance, knowledge and competency level, the candidates will be conferred with the corporate title of Officer.
Educational Qualification:
Master's degree in Commerce/ Management/ Economics from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 3.25 in aggregate. Candidates having provisional certificate may also apply subject to submission of the transcription at the time of interview.
Specifications:
- Age should not exceed 28 years as on 16th September 2016.
- Candidates should be willing to work in any branch of the Bank inside and outside Kathmandu valley.
- Candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali language and computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
- Candidates are expected to have smart personality with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and desire to excel.
Depending the numbers of applications received the Bank may raise the minimum cut off marks stated above as short listing criteria and call only short listed candidates for further selection process.
