Job Description:
Position: Social Safeguard Officer 1
Job Purpose: Ensure disputes, and disagreement are managed, social safeguards ensured, social mobilisers are doing their duties effectively in the allocated VDCs, maintain good working relationship with local agencies of the working VDCs.
Reporting to: Programme Manager: CCDRM
Required Education, Experience and Social Competency:
Bachelor degree in Sociology or Anthropology or Economics or in Rural development. Minimum three years of working experience in the field of social mobilization, training and capacity building, and participatory decision making. Work related to emergency response and recovery will be an added advantage. Sensitivity towards issues related to gender, social equality and poverty alleviation.
