Job Description:
- Coordination with civil/petty contractor (buildings and optical) and consultant team of ministry.
- Construction supervision of civil works (buildings, trenching, pole erection, dismantling etc).
- Preparation of BoQ for civil works & contract document for civil/petty contractor.
- Preparation of report basis of daily, weekly and monthly.
- Planning, Monitoring and controlling site supervisors.
- Verifying bills of civil/petty contractor as per work commence.
- Preparation of work schedule & documentation and reporting for task completion.
- Site survey as per requirement for project site and designing detail drawing of site.
- Conducting meeting with concern stakeholder (PMU, Ministry, Main contractor).
- Planning and strategy for Variation order for civil work.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Auto-CAD and structural design software.
- Should have good skills in bidding procedures, construction norms and laws and computational techniques.
- Should have good leadership quality and ability of handling multiple site supervisors.
- Should have good communication skills and ability of dealing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to perform the work under high pressure.
