Job Description:
Branch Managers (Senior Officer Level) - Few
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Credit Relationship Management or enriching exposure of Branch Manager of commercial bank/FI
- Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities(operations, Business, and other Regulatory knowledge)
- Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI
- Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
Branch Managers (Officer Level) - Few
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Credit Relationship Management or enriching exposure of Branch Manager of commercial bank/FL
- Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities(operations, Business , Support and other Regulatory knowledge)
- Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/FI
- Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
Minimum academic requirement and other competencies:

Academic Requirement :
- Minimum Masters Degree in Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration/Finance with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Should have fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
- Should have sound working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer applications
- Should be determined in achieving targets
- Should be creative, innovative and demonstrate leadership skills in their respective field
- Should demonstrate proven record of building and managing teams with ability to effectively lead team
