Educational Qualification:
H/She must have a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years experience in related field or Bachelors degree in Management from a recognized institution with minimum 5 years experience in related field.
Job Specifications:
- Culinary experience and mass catering service will be preferable.
- H/She must be between 21 to 40 years of age.
Job Description:
His /Her major responsibility will be to develop appropriate menu, be responsible for all kitchen related work, supervise quality of food & beverage, be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, be a team worker and must be prepared to work during occasional unsociable hours with the ability to establish/maintain effective interpersonal relationships and should have basic level of IT literacy.
- Candidate's will be selected on the basis of his/her performance in written and oral examination, the date of which will be announced later. Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis for up to a year and then the position could be confirmed on the basis of his/her performance.
- The salary and other benefits will be as per the rules of the school.
