Requirements:
Age: Between 30-50 years
Education: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering
Experience: At least 07 to10 years of experience in related field with two years of experience at a senior position or Department Head in a 5 Star Hotel or any reputed organization.
Knowledge/Abilities:
The candidate is required to have operational experience in Hotels and would be responsible for the efficient maintenance & operations of the Hotel property. He would also be responsible for operation of equipments, maintenance/repair services and protection of the Hotel's asset. Structural aspects of the Hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities, all fall within the span of responsibility. Preventive maintenance and effective administration ability would also be required.
