Title: Deputy General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall management and handling of the Organization.
- Plans, coordinates and directs operational levels, and monitors aviation/industrial safety programs.
- Organizational Business plans and marketing strategies
- Correspondence with the principle companies
- Coordination with local CAAN and Safety officials for the smoother operations.
- Reporting to the General Manager and Board of Directors regarding the progresses and future course of actions.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of rules, regulation, procedures and acts of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).
- Knowledge of public safety and security;
- Effective communication skill in both Nepali and English
