Helen Keller International (HKI), an international NGO working in nutrition and food security, in partnership with USAID funded programs, invites qualified Nepali national to apply for the below mentioned position :
Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Description:
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will serve as the main focal person for all monitoring and evaluation related activities for Helen Keller International Nepal.
- Design and implement community based monitoring system to assess and report on program implementation for all HKI Nepal programs.
- Develop and implement a common set of metrics covering all HKI Nepal programs to be reported on monthly/ quarterly/ annually to HKIN senior management team.
- Responsible for HKIN M&E frameworks, develop protocols for baseline, midline and end line surveys.
- Responsible for cross project learning and ensuring those lessons learned and good practice are applied systematically.
- Provide data analysis and report writing for projects as when required.
- Responsible for the documentation of M&E and Research activities conducted HKIN and timely sharing with APRO and HKI HQ.
Master’s degree in Demography/ Population studies and statistics or related field (knowledge and experience in Public Health and Nutrition related M&E preferred).
At least 7 years’ experience in M&E, MIS, Data analytical and interpretation skills.
Ability to develop and implement M&E systems.
Ability to interpret and analyze data from a range of sources and strong understanding of data quality and its required procedures.
Understanding operations focused research for public health programs, and the appropriateness of qualitative and quantitative approaches for different research questions.
Experience in working with partners and stakeholders at district and VDC level.
Willing to travel to rural settings frequently
