Job Description:
Lab Officer (QA Chemist) cum Bottling Hall Chemists _ Few
- Graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Food Science
- 3-5 Years'experience in quality related position in a Brewery.
- Must have sound knowledge of laboratory equipment instrument maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting.
- Should have thorough understanding of the brewing process and related sciences.
- Must have sound knowledge of routine packaging operation and material quality checks, including analytical tests, inspection procedures, sampling sites, quality standards and documentation.
- Be proficient in operating lab instruments and should have the ability to apply correct statistical tools for process standardization and improvement
- Experience to perform laboratory analysis of samples collected from ETP and WTP
- Experience in Bottling Hall online quality checking will be an added advantage.
