Job Description:
Assistant Brewers - Few
- Minimum Bachelors of Science with chemistry or equivalent.
- Work Experience in production brewing of 4-5 years as a shift Brewer.
- Should have practical experience of brewing, Brewing Management & Brew Planning. Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness& hygiene standards.
- Prepare store requisitions and issue to inventory in time & involve in ERP Management.
- Have an efficient liaison with 01C, Engineering & Packaging personnel.
- Carry out filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure.
- Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer.
- Check the CIP and CIP reports are being performed according to the instructions and to report for any deviation.
- Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement.
