Job Description:
Shift Brewers: Few
- Bachelor of Science in Food & Technology or BSc. in Chemistry from a recognized University.
- A brewing degree from an accredited institution is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in production brewing.
- Must have operational experience in MMI House, Brew House, Fermentation, Filtration & OP section.
- The incumbent must also have experience of SCADA operations.
